Named for chef Hansem’s mother, Milita—the brand honors the kitchen that shaped him and the way she fed people: generously, loudly, and with pride. Those traditions live on through bold island flavors made to be shared.

Mampo Rice

Mamposteado, or stewed rice and beans, is a deep, smoky, savory staple in PR. Our take adds a hot pepper and shallot gremolata to brighten things up a bit.
Guava BBQ Pernil Sandwich

Pressed on French bread, just like Ma would use after church, this one has slow roasted pernil (pork) and house made guava bbq with a pique slaw for some freshness.
Solluritos

These fried, cheese-stuffed corn fritters are dusted in sugar to create a deliciously sweet & savory Puerto Rican breakfast staple. Perfect with coffee (or café con ron 😉).
